Building founder trust before the first meeting.

The challenge

IN44 Capital was a new VC firm with a clear thesis — Tech B2B startups in India — and a team with serious pedigree. The problem was visibility. In a crowded VC landscape, the firms that attract the best founders aren't always the best investors. They're the ones founders have heard of and trust before they ever get on a call.

The brief: make IN44 Capital feel like an established, trusted voice in the B2B startup ecosystem — without manufacturing credibility they hadn't earned. Authenticity was non-negotiable. So was consistency.

The thinking

LinkedIn for a VC firm is a specific content challenge. The audience is founders — intelligent, sceptical, and allergic to anything that smells like marketing. Content needed to offer genuine perspective: on the ecosystem, on what good looks like at seed stage, on mistakes founders make.

We built a content cadence around the partners' actual thinking — observations from founder meetings, their read on market shifts, their point of view on B2B innovation in India. Not hot takes. Not engagement bait. Considered, specific, useful.
